For those of you who’ve known me as The Virtual Life Alchemist — that hasn’t changed. It’s still the cornerstone of what I do. But over the past few years, something deeper has taken root.
After years of helping others grow and scale businesses, I realized that strategy alone isn’t enough. We have to heal what’s in the way, reconnect with who we are, and then build systems that support the life and legacy we actually want.

Systems and processes as my business model came about because after 17 years of experience in both corporate and small business environments, I never imagined my health challenges would push me into the online space. But, as fate would have it, they did—and looking back, it turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me.
I had always been an ambitious and driven professional, accustomed to working hard, juggling multiple projects, and striving for success. But everything changed when I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, followed by fibromyalgia. The first surgery didn’t heal properly and a year later, I had another to stabilize the disc. A year later the pain was still debiliating and I made a choice to apply for disability to be able to have some kind of income.
Chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog became a part of my daily life, and depression set in due to not being able to have quality of life, let alone work.
My ability to function in the fast-paced world of corporate and small business came to an end. The physical limitations made it impossible to continue hustling and working in the traditional sense. But instead of seeing this as a setback, I started seeing it as a chance to pivot.
Health Challenges Led to the Online Space
In order to maintain my career and still care for my health, I needed to find a way to work smarter, not harder. Enter the online space. While it wasn’t something I initially planned, I quickly saw the opportunity to create a business model that allowed me to thrive despite my limitations. The ability to set my own hours, work from home, and adjust my workload to my energy levels was a game-changer.
Setting up systems and processes became my lifeline. I quickly realized that in order to manage my business effectively and still prioritize my health, I needed to have efficient systems in place—systems that would allow me to operate without burning out. What started as a necessity soon became a strength, and I found that I was really good at it.
From Necessity to Mastery
What began as an urgent need to save my energy and manage my business more efficiently quickly evolved into a deep passion. I discovered that systems weren’t just something that could help me—they could transform my business. I started implementing simple systems that helped me manage my time, automate tasks, and streamline operations. These systems allowed me to maintain productivity without compromising my well-being.
Through this process, I saw how effective systems could work in the online space, especially when faced with physical and mental challenges. I realized that systems and processes weren’t just about business efficiency—they were about creating balance, sustainability, and a way to thrive despite adversity.
The Turning Point: A New Diagnosis and the Birth of Systemize for Success™
In the midst of my efforts to manage my business and health, I received another diagnosis: a new autoimmune condition that drained my energy even more. This left me with exhaustion, brain fog, and an inability to focus—conditions that would have made it impossible to continue working without systems in place.
That’s when the importance of systems became even clearer. To continue running my business, serving clients, and supporting my family, I had to ensure that my systems were even more robust and strategic.
This necessity led to the birth of Systemize for Success™. What had initially been a personal solution to my health challenges became a powerful business model that I could now offer to others. Systemize for Success™ wasn’t just about creating efficiencies—it was about creating a lifestyle where work and health could coexist, and ultimately, thrive.

How I Went from a Never-Ending To-Do List to Actually Having Time to Enjoy My Life (Yes, It’s Possible!)
