There was a season that nearly broke me entirely. Navigating abuse, legal battles, and health crises that compounded on each other, I was holding everything together on the outside while quietly disappearing on the inside. I kept saying yes when my body and soul were screaming no. I kept showing up for everyone else’s needs while abandoning my own.

The breaking point wasn’t dramatic. It was quiet. It was realizing that the exhaustion wasn’t just physical, I had built a business that required me to be available, agreeable, and endlessly capable. No systems. No boundaries. No version of the work that survived a bad pain day. Everything depended on me being ‘on.’ That wasn’t sustainable. It was a slow emergency.

Systems that ran when I couldn’t. Boundaries that protected my energy without guilt. And the deeper work: facing the parts of myself that had been running the show from the shadows, the people-pleaser, the overachiever, the woman who believed her worth was tied to her output. That work changed everything.

Today there are five best-selling books with my name on them. Three brands serving different dimensions of the same mission. A coaching framework built from the inside out, because I lived the process before I ever named it. Thirty-four years of experience. You’ll usually find me in Southeast Florida with my dog and cats nearby, my children woven into the heart of my world, and a good book in hand- probably nonfiction. When I’m not working, I’m often writing, tending my garden, following the moon cycles, or adding something witchy to the altar.

Or you’ll find me traveling in the bus with my partner, chasing quiet roads, new places, and the kind of freedom we’re intentionally building together.

I believe in the magic of systems and the magic of the moon. I’ll give you the hard truth and hold space for your tears. I am the same woman in all three of my worlds- the strategist, the coach, and the witch.

Whether I’m helping someone untangle the backend of a business, walk through a reinvention, or listen for what’s stirring beneath the surface, I bring the same things with me every time: honesty, intuition, structure, depth, and a deep respect for what it means to be human in the middle of becoming.

I’m as comfortable inside a spreadsheet as I am in front of a tarot spread. I care about structure, truth, healing, and what it takes to build a life or business that can actually hold you. That’s the thread running through everything I do- practical support, honest reflection, meaningful transformation, and a little bit of magic when it’s needed most.

As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and an advocate for inclusive, affirming spaces, I believe everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are.

I spent too many years living for everyone else’s comfort before I learned that my own life deserved the same attention I gave everything else. That’s the work. And I’m still in it-  right alongside you.
