My life has been marked by moments of darkness, where the weight of the world threatened to crush me under its burden. There were times when I felt utterly alone, grappling with fears and doubts that seemed insurmountable. 

Yet, even in the depths of despair, there flickered a glimmer of hope—a resilience that refused to be extinguished. It’s in those moments of struggle that I discovered the true power of the human spirit, my strength and the capacity to endure, to overcome, and to emerge stronger than before.

Together, these experiences have shaped me into who I am today—a survivor, a fighter, a THRIVER and a beacon of resilience. And while my story may be filled with heartache and hardship, it’s also a testament to the indomitable strength you can find within yourself. It’s a story of redemption, of finding light in the darkest of places, and of embracing the journey, scars and all.

As I reflect on what I am writing, I am reminded of the words of Rumi: 

“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” 

Through every trial and tribulation, I have emerged not just unbroken, but illuminated by the lessons learned along the way. 

Even though my life bears the scars of pain and struggle, it also shines with the light of resilience, growth, and an unwavering belief in the power of hope. It serves as a testament to the human spirit’s ability to rise above adversity and find strength even in the darkest of moments. 

 I share some of my story with a heart brimming with gratitude—for every tear shed, every battle fought, and every victory won. Through my story, I aim to share the path of perseverance, guiding others through their own highs and lows with courage and determination.

My hope… my why… my deepest desire…

In the depths of my darkest moments, amidst the suffocating darkness of abuse and despair, I discovered a strength within me that I never knew existed. It was a strength born out of necessity, forged through the fires of adversity, and fueled by an unwavering determination to reclaim my life and rewrite my story.

As I fought to break free from the shackles of abuse and rebuild my life, I found myself navigating a labyrinth of challenges and obstacles, each one testing my resilience and pushing me to my limits (and sometimes well beyond those limits). But with each trial, I emerged stronger and more determined than ever before, even when I didn’t think I could.

Through the years of legal battles, health challenges, and personal struggles, I honed my skills in resilience, perseverance, and the art of strategic navigation. I learned how to advocate for myself, set boundaries, and stand firm in my convictions, even in the face of overwhelming opposition and sometimes even at the expense of my safety.

But perhaps the most profound lesson I learned was the power of compassion and empathy—the ability to see beyond the surface and connect with others on a deeper level. It was during my darkest moments that I discovered my true calling—to help others navigate their own struggles and reclaim their power in the face of adversity.

Before finding my calling in business support, I faced numerous health challenges that left me unable to work in traditional settings. It was during this time of uncertainty that I discovered the transformative power of remote work and online business management.

Through remote work, I found a way to leverage my past work experience and skillsets in a way that not only allowed me to work from home but also gave me the flexibility to manage my health challenges while pursuing meaningful work. It was a revelation that changed my life and paved the way for my career as an online business manager and Operations Director.

Drawing from my own experiences, I developed a unique approach to coaching and mentoring, one that combines practical strategies with heartfelt compassion and unwavering support. I guide my clients through the murky waters of uncertainty, helping them find clarity, purpose, and direction amidst the chaos.

Whether it’s navigating the complexities of a toxic relationship, overcoming health challenges, or rebuilding a shattered sense of self, I am there every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support.

Beyond emotional support, I also offer comprehensive business support to entrepreneurs looking to reclaim their passion and purpose. By taking over the nitty-gritty details of their business—from project and operations management to event (virtual and in-person) management to team coordination—I provide them with the freedom to focus on what truly matters: serving their clients and driving growth.

This not only alleviates their current stress and overwhelm but also sets them up for long-term success by allowing them to invest their time and energy strategically.

Additionally, I empower those in support roles to become true leaders in their field through teaching the art of delegation and client support.

My journey has taught me that true healing comes from within—that we all have the power to rewrite our stories and create a life and business full of joy, fulfillment, and purpose.  Some days are harder than others and I am blessed to have built the businesses I have. I am blessed to have the clients I do. I am blessed with the flexibility to be home with my children when they are not at school. I am blessed to have the income I desire for my family. I am blessed to learn how to care for my body and still support my work.

I continue to work with coaches because we all need them. And I am blessed and grateful for how they come into my life at the exact moment I need them and for the exact reason I need them.

What I have learned allows me to support my clients with work and life balance, how to overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs and build the business of their dreams. 

How to support them, their vision and their business with intuition, knowledge and experience. How to be a coach, business manager, and a partner all in one. 

Today I know who I am. 

Today I am stronger and more capable than ever before.
