REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Kimberly Smith.

Every service, program, book, and resource is created with care and the intention of providing meaningful value. Because many offerings involve reserved time, digital delivery, or personalized support, the following refund policy applies.

Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Services & Consulting

Business consulting, coaching, strategy sessions, operational support, and other one-on-one services are reserved specifically for you.

Once a session  has been completed, payments are non-refundable.

Once a project payment and contract have been completed, retainers are non-refundable. Hours owed will be completed per the contract.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require a new booking.

Programs, Workshops & Courses

Due to the immediate access provided to digital materials, worksheets, recordings, and educational resources, purchases of online programs, workshops, memberships, and courses are generally non-refundable.

If a live event or workshop is canceled by Kimberly Smith, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The opportunity to transfer your registration to a future offering.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, journals, workbooks, and similar materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please reach out so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Intuitive Guidance & Spiritual Services

Private readings, intuitive guidance sessions, home clearings, spiritual mentoring, and related services require dedicated preparation and reserved appointment times.

Because of the personalized nature of these services, payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Books

Books purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org, or other distributors are subject to the return and refund policies of those retailers.

Please contact the retailer directly regarding returns, exchanges, or damaged shipments.

Events

Cancellation policies for retreats, in-person events, conferences, and special experiences will be outlined during registration and may vary depending on the event.

Please review the specific event information before registering.

Exceptional Circumstances

Life happens.

If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out as soon as possible.

While refunds cannot always be provided, every reasonable effort will be made to find a fair solution whenever appropriate.
